We have an immediate opening in our Arlington, VA, headquarters for a Senior Software Architect. As a Senior Software Architect, you will be the driving force in the architecting of online solutions for our non-profit/association clients, especially in the health care policy space.

• Establish database, communications, workflow, user interface and reporting infrastructure.
• Help manage and teach our development team.
• Review application architecture and code quality.

• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of software architecture experience.
